Great news! It Takes A Village Wellness Corporation, upon approval of the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health, will be officially credentialed as a private practice recognized under the special circumstances outlined by the board as a "supervised private practice."
It is owned by a master’s level, non-independent licensee under Board-approved clinical supervision pursuant to A.A.C. R4-6-211. The Board-approved clinical supervisor of this practice is: Cami Taylor, BSW, MSW, LCSW. Contact information is available upon request.
